Frozen Hot Chocolate Pie- Low Fat!

Last winter was brutal cold, well, at least by Texas standards. The hubs and I drank major amounts of hot chocolate and in preparation for this winter, I bought a Costco-sized container. Well, I think it jinxed us. This was the hottest winter on record for a long time and we ended up with lots of left over cocoa mix. I didn't want it to go to waste, so I mixed it up into a yummy pie! It. Was. Fabulous.

Ingredients

-Graham cracker pie crust
-1 small container of fat free whipped topping, thawed
-1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
-1 package of vanilla pudding mix (low sugar or low fat if you have it)
-1 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix
-About 1/4 cup low fat milk
-Marshmallows for garnish

Make it:

1- Using a hand mixer, blend together whipped topping, hot chocolate mix, pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk.

2- Blend in milk to thin out pie filling, adding more or less for preference.

3- Pour mixture into pie crust and top with marshmallows.

4- Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.

5- Devour and be proud that your left over cocoa mix didn't go to waste!
